Hi icebergs_w,

Welcome to the Apple Community.

Wondering what happened when you contacted iTunes Support Staff.

(As we are all Apple users, like yourself, in this community, we have no access to your records.)

If you haven't already, you may want to ask iTunes Staff for assistance:

Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

It seems Apple requires a valid payment method in your Apple ID account,

for the first time you use the App Store, or iTunes, even if you only download free apps.

We do not know which Mac, or iOS device you are using when you try to purchase items,

or which Mac OS or iOS version is installed.

You may need to update your software to the latest version.
