Is there any chance i get back my photos after I deleted from iCloud even if I deleted from recently deleted

If it's a single iPhone and photos are deleted immediately from recently deleted then they are erased permanently and photos can't be restored .
If the photos were backed up with Mac , then its possible Back up and restore your iPhone or iPad to your Mac or to iCloud - Apple Support
