Applecare purchase for macbook pro

My bacbook was purchase withen less than 60 day, why am i not eligible for apple care+

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.2

If you are unable to purchase it online, the first step would be to either contact Apple to ask (link is in upper right corner of this page) or go back to Best Buy and ask them/try to purchase it there.
