Extremely painful screeching noise from headphones or external speakers when rebooting Apple Music

Hi Guys,

I am having this problem where I here this really painful and loud noise come through the audio device I am using every time I reboot Apple Music, which, as it is, has been given me issues such as randomly crashing, and not playing audio after enough have played.

But, back to that noise, which has given me a headache, the best way I can describe it is as being quick, about a split-second, but extremely loud, and screechy. It always takes me by surprise, and seems to damage by hearing for a bit after it happens. It sort of sounds like a dog whistle and somewhat low bass and some frequencies in between combined. All in all, it's painful, startling, and unpleasant ☹️

Any advice from the community would be greatly appreciated!
