I deleted and re-added the Apple Research app to my iPhone 12 with iOS 15.4 but it’s not transferring the previous studies I consented to. I keep getting an error stating, ‘unable to transfer studies, check your internet connection.’ My internet connection is fine. Please advise.

It sounds like there could be a network connection issue. This guide has some steps: Participate in an Apple health research study with the Apple Research app.
To help isolate the issue further, you can remove the app and add it back on a different Wi-Fi network. Be sure to allow enough time for all of the data to download.
