I have other Icloud on my MacBook pro
This is mine, but I can't sign in, when I trying to sign in writing that this iCloud isn't active.
Please help me

You have signed out Apple ID from Mac system preferences and you knew the Apple ID address and its password , but rest of other credentials for secondary authentication account are incorrect , so this Apple ID account will be inactive , if you have another Apple ID created from another Mac / iPhone/ iPad sign in see the article Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support
