Locked phone not lost filing a hardware claim?
While filing a claim for hardware issues with asurion my phone got locked. Need unlock help. I've tried all the links provided by Apple and Asurant. Info help?

Thanks. Filling a claim with Assurant when you have AppleCare+ is only for a lost/stolen device, not for repairs. Once you file a lost/stolen claim the iPhone is locked to prevent anyone from using it fraudulently.
If you are having hardware issues you contact Apple Support or make an Apple Store Genius Bar appointment to get help and service.
You’ll want to check the status of your claim and see if it can be canceled following File a claim if you have AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss coverage - Apple Support

When I filed the claim, my phone was locked up.

where did you get the Asurian extended warranty coverage through your carrier or Apple’s AppleCare+ Theft and Loss?
