refused to unlock my iPhone (in the status of lost)

all the documents were provided, a refusal came, without even indicating the reason, what kind of attitude towards their consumers? It was possible after all to indicate what the reason was and I would correct it. Has anyone encountered this, is there a solution or will the phone remain a brick?

I provided all the documents on the phone and correspondence to the support service, explained the situation. Iphone 8 plus 256 gb

Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.

If you want to, you can send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner. Pick the closest topic you can find.
