My friend asked me to help her, by entering her icloud, then my phone restarted. After all I recognised it was not my friend, it was thief. The thief contacted me, offering to unblock my phone if a pay him. in other case he will block forever the phone. I rejected his offer and wondering if Apple support could help me to solve this issue. if not I will not Apl product for next my phone.
