My iPhone 11

My iPhone 11 Pro max 256gb ser. Number G6TCR6QBN70H got stolen out from my car when I was going to transfer it from sprint to Verizon after I went food shopping. I am very upset. I have had apple since it first started. I want my phone on locked so no one can use it. I also tried looking up my apple care on it so I can get a new one and it says it’s not available. Why is that? I still have the original box it can in. And I bought this phone through sprint.
