After i install cloudflare warp app in my MacBook Pro (macOS Monterey 12.3), icloud private relay is not working and i recieve warning "Private Relay unavailable incompatible system settings". Who are help me fix this issue?

Private relay is shown still in Beta on Monterey 12.3. I'd think it being in Beta means all the [obvious] kinks have not been worked out.
