I keep getting phone calls with my prefix numbers
My phone is ringing constantly and it has my prefix numbers. It’s a recording saying it is apple security

That's a common tactic used by scammers. They spoof numbers that look like they are local to you in order to *** you into answering their calls to sucker you in.
You may want to look into turning on "Silence Unknown Callers" in Settings>Phone.
