My phone is ringing constantly and it has my prefix numbers. It’s a recording saying it is apple security

That's a common tactic used by scammers. They spoof numbers that look like they are local to you in order to con you into answering their calls to sucker you in.

You may want to look into turning on "Silence Unknown Callers" in Settings>Phone.
