Has anyone come across an issue where someone is calling others who doesn't have their number saved & it's coming up with a suspected Spam call?
When calling phones that have his number saved it comes up as the contact name as normal.

So you'd assume that all other users have this feature turned on, on their phones?
Many people do have that turned on. You are saying that you do not have that on?
No I don't have that turned on, nor do a lot of people I know as a business phone there are a lot of calls made from people not stored in contacts.
If you do not have that on but calls are being identified as Spam, then check with your carrier. Many have filters than could be identifying them as spam. See what adjustments they may have.
