Take a look at Da Vinci Resolve. You can get it for free and it purports to work on Mac (Catalina and later) and Windows. I've not used it myself, because my operating system is pre-Catalina, but just reading through its website it looks like it has a tremendous amount of features. One regular poster on this forum has used it on a Mac and recommends it highly.

If you scroll nearly to the bottom on its website you will see the free download button, that says it works on Mac and Windows.

Thanks Ian...that was my intention. I am building a memory show and need to show it on a PC at the venue. I am producing it on iMovie and wanted to be sure I could play it on the PC once transferred. I do have a backup to YouTube just in case which should also work
No, iMovie is an Apple program that can be played only on a Mac and not a Windows operating system.

One more thing . . . do not use Best (ProRes) when you export.
Always use Low, Medium or High.
If you really know what you are doing you can use Custom.
Kinda what i thought...but..Think I found a work around. Thanks!
Thanks Rich...I'll give it a shot. ppreciate it!
