Hi,
I normally use Firefox on my Macbook Pro but Safari on my iPhone. I don't see a real difference between the two platforms but with Private Relay and Hide my email, I'm thinking of using Safari for my MBP. I'd really appreciate anyone's take on the platform they use or prefer and some pros and cons of both.

I´ve never used Firefox, but have been using Safari on Macs for more years than I care to remember, also on my iPhone. While not perfect (no browser is) Safari is very fast, uncluttered and optimised for macOS and Apple´s eco system. It's worth giving Safari a good long try-out. For the rare occasions when Safari misbehaves I have the "Opera" browser installed as a second browser, and can highly recommend it! Hope this helps you! Regards, Ian.
I use Safari exclusively on my Mac, iPad Air 4 and iPhone 11.
But I have FireFox installed on my Mac and keep it updated, just in case.
Safari goes well with Apple ecosystem.
