Fast Charge Battery Health MBP 14' (96W & 140W)

Hello, I recently purchased a MacBook Pro 14' inch (8-core CPU, 14 GPU) and wanted some clarification that if I purchase a 96W or 140W adapter that I shouldn't expect to reasonably degrade my battery capacity more than using the included 67W.

Bonus question: Would the MacBook Pro 14' even see a bump in charge speed by using the 140W adapter or would it reach its max charge speed before reaching that 140W?

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 12.3

Fast charging is with the 96W charger on the 14" this does not degrade your battery.

You do not need to micro-manage your battery...

If you are near the mains leave it plugged in, if you need the portability run on battery only.

Your bonus question as written makes no sense to me.
