Iphone Warranty Policy

Hi Apple,

My name is Tuan, I am an IT employee. I live and work in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. On October 23, 2021, I bought an Iphone 13 pro max 256GB Blue from your company. Currently I am facing a problem that the phone I am using is slightly dropped when I have used the tempered screen protector and the case and still have scratches. Because the amount of money I spent to buy this IPHONE phone is not small (more than 1600 dollars), I would like to ask if APPLE company has any support policy.
