I can't swipe up to open Control Center

I have bought recently new Watch SE LTE version and at least twice per day I have to restart watch to enable swiping up to go Control Center or notifications. I have reset watch, forced restarted, normal restarting, unpaired it and no zoom function enabled. Time for service?
