Get notified about a call from an application on Apple Watch

Any time I get a call from an application (i.e. NOT a standard phone call), for example Skype, MS Teams, Slack, or EZVIZ (smart doorbell with camera), my iPhone rings as normal (the UI is a bit different from a normal phone call), but my Apple Watch remains silent. I am not expecting to answer that call using the Watch, but I would like to know that there is a call to answer.

I am getting all other notifications - including those from the mentioned apps - with no issues, so this is not a general notifications problem. Just want to know on the Watch that there is somebody calling me.

Hi VozaCZ,

We see you have a notifications question regarding your Apple Watch. If you're seeing the notifications on your iPhone but not the Apple Watch, this could be normal as covered below: Notifications on your Apple Watch

Where you’ll see your notifications
Notifications go to either your Apple Watch or iPhone, but not both. Learn when a notification might appear on your iPhone, instead of your Apple Watch, below.
iPhone showing notifications going to iPhone instead of Apple Watch
If your iPhone is unlocked, you'll get notifications on your iPhone instead of your Apple Watch.

Apple Watch showing notifications going to Apple Watch instead of iPhone
If your iPhone is locked or asleep, you'll get notifications on your Apple Watch, unless your Apple Watch is locked with your passcode.

We hope this helps. Let us know if you have any questions.

Cheers.
