Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. There was a recent outage that involved Apple Pay so if you haven't tried again, we recommend doing so. You can confirm that's resolved by checking: System Status

Hi, are you still getting this? I have the same issue, Apple Pay is working for everything else, I have latest iOS version, latest Disney app version, have deleted and reinstalled app, signed out of iCloud and back in again, checked region settings etc and it still doesn’t work.
I found a workaround for this on Reddit.
Settings > General > Language and Region
Change Region to United States
Add the pass to wallet in Disney app
Change Region back to United Kingdom
Still not working for me.
Just updated to iOS 15.4.1 and Disney app version 7.5 and still just get the ‘Apple pay currently unavailable’ error on adding the pass
Wants me to cancel all my subscriptions to change region/country, which seems like a real pain to get this to work. Anyone else getting this message ?
I think it is an issue with iOS 15.4. I used an old iPhone on 15.3 activated the MagicMobile on that phone and it automatically added the card to all the devices using my Apple ID.
It appears to be an issue with 15.4.
Same problem, Disney updated the app on 29 March but the problem still persists
Fixed for me with 15.4.1, April 1 2022.
I was having issues earlier today on 15.4 (before update was available). My wife had no problem on 15.3.1.
We’re still having the same issue, both our iPhones updated to latest update yesterday.
oh well, looks like we’ll resort back to the normal Magic Bands.
