Why when I wanna buy something on my game it says unavailable

When I try but something on my game with Apple Pay it don’t show or come up and says unavailable

iPhone XR, iOS 15

It is an issue at Apple’s end. There is nothing we can do other than wait for the issue to be resolved by Apple.
