I need to remove a TrueType Collection from my Mac system however it will not allow me too. Any one found a work around for this issue?

The System partition containing the installed operating system fonts in Big Sur is now read-only and you cannot alter its contents.
There is no possible way to disable any fonts in that folder. The Supplemental subfolder, yes. That one, no.
Thanks but I tried these steps and the option to "remove…" is gray. Which it appears that I can't remove it. Not sure if there is any other way. I also tried removing the fonts from the library but that didn't work either.
What is the name of the font, and where is it? In this folder?
/System/Library/Fonts
Or this one?
/System/Library/Fonts/Supplemental
