I am trying to set up Apple Cash, but keep being shown the same error message:
"Could not set up Apple Cash: Apple Pay services are currently unavailable"
I am using an First Get iPhone SE (with Touch ID) with iOS 15.4.
I have previously set up other bank cards in my Apple Wallet without issue.
Any advice is appreciated - thanks!

I just had this same issue and I tried everything the instructions tell you to do to fix it and nothing worked. I finally contacted Apple support where they instructed me to reset my network setting on my phone and voila it's set up! Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply - I contacted Apple support and the issue is that I dont have a US bank account /am not based in US - so won't work for me unfortunately!
