Mac Mini M1: Irs Website

no matter what browser I use, I cannot use the tools in the irs website on my mac mini. for example. if I am trying to get my refund status or ip pin, I get an access denied message saying "you don't have permission to access "website" its so weird, but on my MacBook air m1, I can.

I removed all cookies and what not.

removed extensions from the mac mini. still nothing.

and I have the same extensions on my MacBook.

someone help.
