How do i change my country from China Mainland

I bought iPhone 11 from China when i was studying there, and apple store opened me account on my Chinese phone number i was using at that time. And now I’m in Mongolia which is my home country and i want to purchase apple contents using my VISA card. Whenever i try to use my Visa i change country/region to Mongolia and add my card information and when i try to purchase it say change you country to China mainland, and it declines and changes to china and theres no visa card input ?? How do i change my country completely or open new account?

Was the Visa card issued by a Mongolian bank?


You need a zero account balance and you need to cancel all your subscriptions. If you have cancelled all subscriptions, but some haven’t expired, contact iTunes Support. You need a valid credit card issued by a bank in the country the store is in and you need a billing address in that country. If you have an account balance, either buy something more expensive and pay the balance with a credit card or contact iTunes Support and ask them to zero balance your account.


Purchases - View, change, or cancel your subscriptions.      *


Purchases - Subscriptions not billed through Apple    *
