Audio midi setup adjusting volume help needed

Can you help? With the advice of the community, I manage to set up my Multiouput Device. It sounds great but when I'm playing through this output I am unable to easily control the volume.

I've tried all the ways that I know. If I use the conventional audio output all the usual controls work just fine.
