usb c disconnects monitor

Hello, I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020), and several times a day by monitor loses connection to through the USB c hub. It is very annoying and happens every day. The USB connection just seems so flimsy and I've seen many many others complaining of this issue. Does apple have a more reliable way to connect devices to these computers with only USB c interfaces? I'm using an iKling USB C hub from amazon.

try a well known brand of thunderbolt 3 Dock or hub.
