Why are all the hand emojis right hand only? Does apple not like left handed people?

Why are there not left handed emojis? Left handed people make up a significant amount of the population.

Apple is not in charge of emojis, Unicode is: https://home.unicode.org

At any given time left-handers make up 10% of the population.
