cant receive text on 5G

I can not receive text from non iPhone users when my phone says 5ge. I’ve tried all of the reset and turning airplane mode on and off and selecting LTE resettled to factory settings and still nothing.

Contact your carrier. SMS or a text from a non-iOS device is a carrier feature. They would have to help you troubleshoot that issue.
