For some reason my Ipad won't let me use switch control, and I am trying to use it for webtoon, (trying to make it so that it'll scroll down, but the option to turn on switch control is just grayed out. Someone please help TwT

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. Before you can enable Switch Control, you will need to add a Switch from Settings > Accessibility > Switch Control Switches.
