Studio Display Buggy Glitch

When I wake my Mac studio up, the display takes a second then glitches out & flickers a few times then turns on. They’re both on latest software & using the thunderbolt it came with. Anyone else seeing this?

Second display wake up delay after Monterey upgrade I recently upgraded my Mac Mini M1 from Big Sur to Monterey 12.2. Since the upgrade, when rebooting or waking system from sleep, my "main" display comes on immediately, but my second display takes 45 seconds to a minute to come on. Everything worked well before this upgrade. I've seen reports on the boards about other display related issue but not this one specifically.

Pixel Flickering My new Mac updated to a new software 12.3 today and since morning I have been seeing pixel flickering on the top right small rectangle during every motion or graphic change. I tried removing my extended display and after that it is acting normal. I don't know if it with the display adapter to extend type C - hdmi or new software. What do you think is happening? Here's a screenshot that I was luckily able to capture it:
