I recently upgraded my Mac Mini M1 from Big Sur to Monterey 12.2. Since the upgrade, when rebooting or waking system from sleep, my "main" display comes on immediately, but my second display takes 45 seconds to a minute to come on. Everything worked well before this upgrade. I've seen reports on the boards about other display related issue but not this one specifically.
What displays and how is each connected to the Mac Mini.
From what I'm seeing here in the ASC, it seems like Monterey 12.2 fixed some Intel Mac Mini dual display issues and created some M1 Mac Mini dual display issues.

Disable sleep as shown, should improve/fix.
I asked for info about both displays, but that OK.
+1 use those Energy Saver settings and test.
If you are not fond of that pinkish/purple tint?
Try unchecking "Allow wallpaper tinting in windows"
and checking "Reduce transparency"
