If I reset my iPhone will everything come back onto it that I have

If I reset my phone will I get all my contacts back along with photos

there are several different types of 'resets'..

Return iPhone settings to their defaults - Apple Support

If you choose to erase the iPhone, then no.. nothing will come back, unless you have a backup to restore from.

Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch ...

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

If you use iCloud for your Contacts and Photos, you should be able to get those back by simply signing in with the same Apple ID and turning those settings back on
