Touchscreen unresponsive

Fiancés iPhone 11 became unresponsive this morning. His Apple Watch works and can send messages that way, but his touch screen on iPhone 11 is unresponsive. Tried to hard reset with the physical buttons but it’s not coming back. Advice?

Apple phone touch screen not working I have an Apple ?3 operating with the most recent updates. Yesterday the watch face started suddenly blinking At rest. The battery is charged, I Unsuccessfully tried to put my passcode in but kept it on during my workout. Suddenly, it prompted me to record my workout and started blinking again after I was finished. The battery is charged, I shut it completely down, I unpaired it from my phone and have been unsuccessful pairing it again. Anybody experienced this? Any repair ideas?? Thank you in advance for any ideas.

Unresponsive Touch Screen Hello, So yesterday I had notice that i bumped my watch on something but dont know what I had bumped it on. And i looked at my watch and there was a scratch on the screen, and its not too bad but still noticeable. Now my touch screen does not work. I tried turning it on and off multiple times, even tried repairing the watch to my phone, and the screen still does not work. I take great care of my watch and now this happens.
