New iOS on Mac Book Air

Hello,

I can't get in touch with Apple Support. I remember they have chat, but more then 3-4 days I looking for it but don’t find.

I have a problem with new iOS on my Mac Book Air.

After I set up a new iOS , the battery sits down after 3 hours , I can no longer work normally! Do you have any reason how I can solve this problem? Or how can I return the old one iOS? Thanks🙏🙏🙏❤️

For clarity, iOS is for iPhones & iPads, Macs use MacOS.:)

Open Activity Monitor in Utilities>Energy tab, sort on Energy Impact. Anything extraordinary?
