apple cash balance not updating

My friend sent money over apple pay and my balance won’t update in my apple wallet. First she sent $225 then she sent $5, the 5 shows up on my balance but not the 225. I’ve tried updating my phone, turning apple pay off/on again and even signed out of my icloud all together, still nothing is working. I called apple and they said they’re working to fix the issue but I’m concerned because it’s been two days and it’s still not showing up. My friend also sent me a picture of her bank account showing that the 225 was taken out of her account so i’m not sure what’s going on. anyone else having this issue or know what i can do to try to fix it?
