ipad 7th gen quit working when updated to IOS 15.4. Attempted to restore using iTunes unsuccesful. Any suggestions? Otherwise it's a brick now.

Here are three steps you can try to attempt to restore your iPad.
1. If you are getting an error message when trying to restore, your related article If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch as well as this one if you don't see the error number or message If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod are great to follow.
2. If it persists, and you are getting an error message, try another computer if possible.

THank you for your note. I had already done all these steps, contacted Support who sent me to an Apple Store. At the Apple Store the tech did these steps again, same result (unknown error #4013), said the device could not be restored & I'd have to buy a new one.
