APPSTORE AIN’T WORKING

The AppStore on my iPad Pro 11” 2020 model hasn’t been working properly all evening: apps don’t update, some times don’t load (when I select them from the update popup tab), the app itself freezes, sections keep giving me “impossible to connect to AppStore” (but my wi-fi is connected and working normally); even the iPadOS upgrade tools is misbehaving - it took a few times before the iPadOS 15.4 update showed up on stage screen, and the update itself took longer than usual. I thought it was this, iPadOS not being up to date, but the AppStore issue shows up even after the o.s. update.

I tried restarting the iPad, but it didn’t work: apps are stuck on the grey wheel and never initialise the update.

What do I do?
