I can’t upgrade to iCloud+
Why I cam’t upgrade to iCloud+, it says try later in menu of settings…I tried 4 days ago until today, same thing
iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 15
You need good Wi-Fi connection, see the following Apple articles:

Then try again to upgrade to iCloud+.
