Unable to Delete the contact from iPhone

I am unable to delete the contact from iPhone it is displaying the error as "Not all Contacts were deleted. one or more of the contacts may be read-only".

Tried all the possibilities by changing the contact name or number but still negative.

Kindly provide assistance.
