I need to change the country associated with my Itunes account. I currently have a balance of $1.92 from a gift card. Apple won't allow me to switch the country until the balance is zero.
How can I spend exactly $1.92 so that I can complete the country switch?

Good suggetion, I didn't think of that. Unfortunately, I don't have a US credit card anymore so I can't link another payment method.
I'll try the staff route.
