My watch 7 app showing the update instillation was paused, I tried to restart iPhone and watch, than placed watch on charger, it still the same. On the support suggest delete the update file from “Usage”, but I can’t find the “usage” from General menu. Anyone can provide suggestions to solve this issue. Thank you.

Try to update from the watch itself.
Restart the watch.
Place the watch on the charger.
Make sure that your watch is connected to wifi.
On your watch, open the Settings app.
Tap General > Software Update.
Tap Install if a software update is available, then follow the onscreen instructions.
I appreciate both of your expertise, the problem solved. I placed watch on charger with iPhone by the side, than I turn off the automatic update on app also watch, magic from both of you begin. Thank you!
In addition to fieryjack’s recommendations, as your screenshot indicates, the Apple Watch must be at least 50% charged to resume the installation.
