I’ve desperately been searching for an accordion sound for GarageBand iOS without success. I spent 40$ for piano/synth plugins that do not include the accordion? I googled « accordion sound for GarageBand iOS » without success b/c the resources that come up are no longer up-to-date or are for Mac only. Please help. It’s for one of my music therapy patients.

Bs-16i soundfont player has one in the included General User soundfont. It can be used as an audio unit or standalone. You can also download FluidR3 and Yamaha XG soundfonts from musical-artefacts.com which both include an accordion sound, and lots of other traditional instruments.

I personally use that one for my accordion sounds.
If you go to - soundformore tutorials - on YouTube, he has put some tutorials on bs-16i including one on how to use it in GarageBand. It’s a couple of years old, and bs-16i interface has changed a little since then, but it works the same. There is also a good one by Tom Rishel.
Wonderful Porkycee. Thank you! I need some training on how to use the soundfonts in Garageband ios. Do you recommend any audio sound plugin 101 course so I understand better how to work with those tools on my ipad?
I want to start with the basics.
