Is there a way to freeze the header row of a table in Pages?

Is there a way to freeze the header row of a table in Pages? I know how in Numbers. I'm asking about Pages.

I'm creating a table that will include bulleted text in each cell. Numbers is not suited for the project because hitting "enter" does not create a new bulleted line within the cell, it jumps to the cell below. I need to freeze the header row & column so I don't lose where I am in the table. Typing out the bulleted list in Pages, then copy & pasting it into Numbers is a lot of extra work on a table as large as the one I'm creating.

Apple does not implement Numbers table functionality in Pages. There is no ability to freeze a header row, or header column, but with the Table's Text tab set to allow Wrap text in a cell, you can press return in a cell using bullets and continue with the next bullet without changing cell location.

If you are accustomed to using Word and Excel, neither of Apple's applications mentioned here are clones and will work differently, perhaps against your table goals.
