Just updated iPhone 11 Pro and iPad Air to 15.4. Scan text feature in Notes is as advertised on iPad but is missing on iPhone. Am I alone?

That feature requires an iPhone XS, iPhone XR or later.

My apology. You did mention you were referring to an iPhone 11 Pro in your original post and I glossed over it.

What do you see instead of this?
