I have a 200GB family plan which is connected to my daughter’s phone. Her phone says it’s run out of storage. She is unable to download updates or new apps. My phone says we still have about100GB left. How can we get more storage on her phone?

Your 200 GB family plan is for iCloud storage, which is used for backing up iOS devices and for syncing content between devices. None of that storage is actually on her iPhone, which will never have more storage than it did when it was purchased.
