beats flex ear buds problems
I have a beats flex ear buds and only one side is working. They were given to me last December. Any suggestions out there.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. To help troubleshoot the one side of your Beats Flex that has no sound, we suggest to perform a reset. This may help resolve the issue you're experiencing. Here's how to perform a reset:
"Reset Beats Flex
- Hold down both the power button and the volume down button for 15 seconds.
- When the LED indicator light flashes, release the buttons. Your earphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again."
