I was sure I purchased theft and oss apple care plus for my iphone 12pro max as I paid $269.00 for it but the consultant told me i didnt

This device was stolen and i purchases apple care plus thinking it was for theft and loss, now the phone which is my daughters has been stolen five days agao and it seems i cant do anything about it...um it cost $269.00

Sorry about that, but you're not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user tech support forum and we, just users like, you can't help you, since we're not aware of your AppleCare+ protection plans or transactions with Apple.
