where do i find the clipboard?

The clipboard is accessed by clicking on the Finder menu and choosing Edit from top left choices. One of the options will be Open Clipboard.

OOPS! Sorry, that is how to find it on the Mac. I've, Googled and found that you can only Paste from clipboard on iPad. Touch the screen until Magnifying Glass appears, drag it until words you want copied are highlighted. Place your finger on either of Blue Dots and slide finger to Highlight word or words, Then Tap Copy or Cut to save to clipboard. It's not very clear to me, but you can Google it yourself for more complete instructions.
