How can i get Emogi keyboard on magic keyboard

I cannot figure out how to access Emogi keyboard on my magic keyboard. Only in certain platforms like fb or email can i put Emogi. I have the Emogi option in keyboards at settings but wont engage. I’m wondering if i should just back out to default. I would rather figure out what I’ve done or why I can’t find the Emogi keyboard right from my magic keyboard. The globe is here but seems to do nothing
